• **Pay:** Up to $23/hour (depending on job position and experience)

• **Open Roles & Responsibilities:**

+ **Packaging & Assembly** Prepare and package products for shipment, assemble components with precision, and ensure quality standards are met. Great for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work.

+ **Machine Operators** Operate and monitor production machinery, perform routine checks, and troubleshoot minor issues. Ideal for those with mechanical aptitude and a focus on efficiency and safety.

+ **Shipping & Receiving** Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, verify inventory, and maintain accurate records. A good fit for organized individuals who thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

+ **Forklift Operators** Safely operate forklifts to move materials and products throughout the facility. Requires prior forklift certification or experience and a strong safety mindset.

+ **Maintenance Mechanics** Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment. Candidates with experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems are highly encouraged to apply.

• **What You Bring to the Table:**

+ Forklift & material handling experience (for applicable roles)

+ Strong attendance and dependable work history

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Able to pass a 7-year background check

+ Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety

+ **Maintenance Mechanics:** Experience with industrial equipment and mechanical systems a big plus!
