    What You-ll Do:

    + Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to clients using evidence-based interventions

    + Accurately record and track session data

    + Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and other providers

    + Support client independence, communication, and skill development

    Requirements:

    + Prior experience in ABA therapy (RBT certification preferred)

    + High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus)

    + Strong communication and time management skills

    + Patience, professionalism, and a passion for helping children with Autism

    + Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months

    + Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT course if not already certified
