    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Be available to substitute in the adult welding evening class. Teach and supervise adult students both in academic and performance skills to prepare them for entry-level welding work in manufacturing and construction fields.

    Job Qualifications

    REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    High School Diploma or equivalent. Driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Working knowledge of modern welding practices:

    + Gas welding and cutting

    + Plasma Arc cutting

    + CNC plasma cutting

    + MIG welding

    + TIG welding

    + Flux Core welding

    + Stick welding

    + Metal shop machine tools and equipment

     

    AWS D1.1 certified Experience as a welding trainer is preferred.
