Description

Start-up operations/new business & building management.

Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate implementation of special projects assigned by the President or VP of Operations, including projects involving new customer launches, performance monitoring, customer satisfaction, strategic improvement and records management

+ Responsiblefor addressing existing Operational issues & communicating On-Site Opportunities and launch requirements

+ Facilities oversight; construction, repair, ongoing maintenance, etc

+ 24/7 primary point of contact for all facilities break downs, repairs, etc

+ Priority daily dialogue with President, Account Relationship Mngr., Customers

+ Prepare agenda items, periodic and summary reports on all areas of responsibility

+ Identify suitable areas for strategic improvement in specific services, develop plans to initiate improvements, coordinate implementation of those plans and monitor and report on the results.

+ Serve on committees, task forces, evaluation groups and negotiating teams as assigned by the President or VP of Operations.

+ Provides Professional Interface with Customers representing Page at all times.

+ Stays current with Industry technology updates understands core competencies & recognizes opportunities and risks.
