    Basic Job Functions:

    Nucor Steel Marion is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Inside Sales Manager.The job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: (1) Champion a culture of safety, creating safety as a value, (2) Develop and execute on commercial goals while providing world class customer service, (3) Be a leader outside of commercial role and execute on operational metrics, (4) Maintain inventory control process to manage cash, (5) Coordinate contract reviews, (6) Facilitate continuous improvement across the organization (7) Drive integration with production scheduler. Relocation and routine travel is expected.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years Sales Experience or degree in related field

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of steel markets - Proven Computer Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office/D365/etc. Forecasting/Analytical Experience
