    Basic Job Functions:

    Vulcraft-Nebraska is seeking a Teammate to lead the Denver, CO sales office. The District Sales Manager is responsible for the Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana sales territory. Qualified applicants should be prepared to lead a large sales team in a strong market, build a commercially excellent team and be an energetic member of Vulcraft-Nebraskas sales team.

     

    + Taking Care of our Customers and maximize long-term profitability by building and sustaining strong, engaged relationships.

    + Coach and develop direct-report team members through building relationships, training and individual coaching.

    + Develop an effective territory marketing, volume and pricing strategy for the Denver, CO Sales Office region.

    + Maintain the highest standards of service through professional, informative and responsive communications (written and verbal) with our internal and external customers.

    + Be willing and able to travel.

    + Willingness to work more than 40 hours per week when required

    + Willingness to relocate to Denver, CO.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + 1 year of experience in the joist, deck or steel construction industry or relevant experience.

    + Associate or Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering or related field

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Working knowledge of SAP

    + Previous leadership experience
