Supervisor - Supply Chain Management

Assists in the standardization and evaluation of supplies and equipment used throughout HHS Market and entities.
Assists departments with compliance and implementation of both individual and group purchasing contracts as well as minimum order and quantity discount advantages.
Creates, reviews, and helps to maintain the accuracy of the item database and patient chargeable item "CDM" file.
Primarily responsible for inventory oversight (ordering replenishment stock, maintaining PAR levels).
Coordinates staff activities on a daily basis and works with department director on disciplinary issues.Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
*Minimum Education*
High School Diploma or equivalent - required.
*Required Skills*
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word also preferred.
*Minimum Work Experience*
Should have a working knowledge (2 years) of purchasing techniques, supply management, inventory
techniques and distribution patterns. Basic Accounting knowledge and/or experience is preferred.
