**Boeing Global Services** (BGS) is seeking a **Planning & Schedule Specialist** to join our team **in Long Beach, CA** . In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Supports preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements

+ Assists with the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedules

+ Supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexity

+ Identifies and reports performance variances

+ Participates in the review of proposed changes to the baseline

Basic Qualifications:** ( **Required Skills** / **Experience)

+ Bachelor’s degree or higher

+ Experience in a role requiring project/program management skills

+ Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

**Preferred Qualifications:** ( **Desired Skills** / **Experience** ):

+ Experience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systems

+ Experience conducting data analysis with Excel

+ Experience with Agile / SAFe Methodology

+ Experience with SQL and SQL Server

+ Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project etc.)

Summary Pay Range: $93,500 – $126,500
