The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented **Associate Product Operations Analyst** to join the team in **Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Mesa, AZ; Miami, FL; North Charleston, SC; Philadelphia, PA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Huntsville, AL; Aurora, CO; or El Segundo, CA.**
The Product Operations Analyst will support our Legacy Toolbox Production Operations team, which provides key operational functions such as incident management, deployment management, environment management, and data delivery operations.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Processes computing requirements
+ Participates in a multi-disciplined range of technical systems and application support activities
+ Supports the installation, configuration and maintenance of multiplatform systems hardware, software and components
+ Documents, implements and maintains computer applications
+ Assists with release planning for software and hardware across the system
+ Assists with evaluation of architecture to ensure compatibility with computing system
+ Assists with evaluation of systems against architectural objectives
+ Restores routine computing service operations
+ Supports problem determination/resolution and security of information systems
+ Collects, organizes, synthesizes, and analyzes data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
+ Analyzes business domain knowledge, performs requirements analysis, and develops business domain process models
+ Analyzes improvements, develops investment decisions, designs and performs product verification & validation
+ Utilizes communications and network tests (e.g. sub-system, system, installation, performance, operational, built-in test, qualification, acceptance); knowledge of test methodologies for voice and data networks and communications equipment
+ Model and analyzes data from a computing technical and total Information Technology (IT) viewpoint, and integrates into an overall computing system and network architecture
+ Develops hardware and software architectures and programs that link hardware and platforms in a Network Centric environment
+ Works and has knowledge of Network Engineering (global, Wireless, Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS), Connections, Sat), Infrastructure Security (Access, Identification, anti-hacker, visitor net) and Collaboration Technologies and Messaging
+ Design Concepts & Techniques for advanced knowledge of design concepts and techniques (e.g., concurrent engineering, Design for Manufacture/Assembly [DFM/A])
+ Utilizes different communication materials (e.g., proposals, papers, user guides, reports, articles, promotional materials, brochures, web sites, presentations, speeches) to satisfy a variety of customer requirements and environments
+ Works across the enterprise, models and analyzes data from a computing technical and total business viewpoint, and integrates into an overall computing system and application systems architecture
+ Connects the networking, processing, and data management that provides the most effective computing infrastructure
+ Understands programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Java 2 Enterprise and Mobile Editions (J2EE, J2ME), C++, Visual Basic, C, Assembly, Ladder Logic, Numerical Control (NC) Programming, Matlab)
+ Communicates, networks, and protocols (e.g., Transport Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), File Transfer Protocol (FTP), Extensible Mark-up Language (XML), Wireless Access Protocol (WAP))
+ Works with computer equipment and its operating systems (e.g., Windows, Unix, Linux)
+ Understands software development and testing tools (e.g., editors, compilers, linkers, desktop simulations, configuration management tools, requirements management tools) capability and usage
+ Applies knowledge of database engines to the design of databases and reporting structures
+ Integrates hardware and software components into a functional system
+ Understands tests and the usability theory
+ Understands tests and the usability practices
+ Writes and executes test scripts and performs usability analyses
+ Understands the security of architecture, electronic data communications, network/data, electronic commerce, and other related areas to provide computing security and integration services to company computer users and customers
+ Interfaces with the appropriate government agencies, customers, suppliers, and company personnel to facilitate the implementation of protective mechanisms and to ensure understanding of and compliance with computing security requirements
+ Utilizes technological tools and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data relevant to workloads, responsibilities, problem identifications and resolutions
+ Operates relevant personal computing hardware (e.g., personal computers, software, printers, storage media) and standard software (e.g., word processing, graphics packages, spreadsheets/databases)
+ Has the ability to quickly and accurately process multiple types of technical and security information and/or perform multiple tasks simultaneously
+ Performs multiple tasks and activities accurately and quickly, divides attention over multiple IT tasks, activities and sources of information
+ Coordinates tasks and activities to increase efficiency and reduce duplication of effort
+ Builds computing systems with a variety of components to provide a business solution
+ Includes the ability to integrate application components and databases across computing platforms
+ Models and analyzes data from a computing technical and specific business process viewpoint; integrates the data into a computing system and application architecture. Ability to interrelate, from system architecture, design, build, test, and deploy the fundamental aspects needed to produce effective computing solutions
+ Understands the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area which includes the ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ 3+ years of experience working with Linux
+ Experience working in a multi-functional team environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelors Degree
+ 5+ years of experience with Linux

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $65,450 – $94,300
