**Boeing Global Services (BGS)** is looking for **Product Support Operations Manager** (Retrofit, Repair, Mod & Maintenance) to support the team in **Victorville, California** .

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support.

+ Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

+ Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.** **“U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years of experience managing teams

+ 5+ years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Operations.

+ Experience with FAA Part 121/135 operator or Part 145 Repair Station.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ Experience developing proposals and managing contractual agreements.

+ Experience working directly with customer representatives.

+ Manages employees performing customer support, logistics, technical, retrofit, repair, modification and maintenance activities within Product Support.

+ Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.

+ Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

+ Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Summary Pay Range: $115,600 - $156,400
