Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage comprehensive accounting tasks for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will excel in financial management, preparation of tax forms, and collaboration with clients to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This position is based in Memphis, Tennessee, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping duties for multiple clients, including recording financial transactions and reconciling accounts.

• Generate financial statements, reports, and other documentation for client evaluation.

• Prepare various state and local tax forms, such as tangible personal property schedules, business taxes, sales taxes, and 1099s.

• Support clients with budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flow effectively.

• Collaborate with clients and team members to address accounting challenges and deliver customized solutions.

• Stay informed about current accounting principles, practices, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance. Requirements • Proven expertise in full charge bookkeeping, including managing complex client accounts.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.

• Solid understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

• Strong experience in performing bank reconciliations.

• Ability to prepare and file various tax forms accurately and on time.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and colleagues.
