Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Northglenn, Colorado. This PART-TIME Contract-to-permanent role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients, manage financial records, and contribute during the busy tax season. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in-office during the initial training period and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability as trust is built.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online and Desktop to manage client accounts efficiently.

• Assist with tax preparation and filing during the tax season.

• Train on and use Lacerte Tax Software to support tax-related processes.

• Provide bookkeeping assistance and financial support to clients.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines during peak periods.

• Build strong relationships with clients to address their financial needs effectively.

Requirements • Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop is required.

• Familiarity with Lacerte Tax Software or willingness to train on it.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in-office during the training period.

• Availability to support tax season demands and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.

• Health-conscious and a positive personality fit for the team environment.
