Description

We are looking for a junior to mid-level Associate to join our dynamic Commercial Real Estate Transactions team in Seattle. This role involves handling complex transactions related to real estate acquisition, leasing, development, joint ventures, financing, and asset disposition. If you have a passion for navigating intricate legal frameworks and delivering exceptional results in commercial real estate, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage legal matters related to the acquisition, leasing, and development of real estate assets.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for joint ventures and financing transactions.

• Provide legal counsel on matters involving real estate disposition and asset management.

• Conduct thorough legal research to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with clients to analyze and address commercial real estate challenges.

• Facilitate lease transactions, including drafting and negotiation of lease agreements.

• Assist in resolving disputes and preparing estoppel certificates as required.

• Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and industry trends to advise clients effectively.

• Develop strategies to mitigate risks and support successful project outcomes.

• Represent clients in legal proceedings related to real estate transactions, if necessary.

Requirements

1+ YOE practicing as a Commercial Real Estate Transactional Attorney

Experience reviewing title/survey, estoppels, SNDA's, easements, and other transactional documents

Strong academics and communication skills
