Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled L& E Attorney to join their team in San Francisco, California, 94105, United States. In this role, you will handle various aspects of litigation, including conducting interviews, managing discovery, and drafting legal motions. You will also represent clients in court and oversee case management processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough witness interviews to gather substantive case information

• Manage and organize discovery responses and related documentation

• Draft and prepare various motions, including dispositive motions and anti-SLAPP motions

• Take depositions and defend depositions effectively

• Argue motions and represent clients during court appearances

• Oversee all aspects of case management to ensure timely progress

• Draft motions for summary judgment and motions for judgment

• Coordinate with clients and legal teams to address case-specific needs

• Handle civil litigation processes and complaint administration tasks

• Utilize case management and document management software to maintain accurate records

Requirements **Requirements for L& E Attorney Role**

• Proficiency in 3M and Adobe Acrobat for document review and case preparation.

• Experience utilizing case management software to track and organize legal matters.

• Knowledge of conveyancer tools for property-related legal processes.

• Expertise in document management and organization for litigation purposes.

• Strong ability in briefing and preparing legal documents for court proceedings.

• Familiarity with civil litigation processes, including claim administration and complaint handling.

• Competence in handling consumer electronics-related legal matters.

• Skilled in interviewing witnesses and gathering testimony to support cases.

• Ability to prepare and analyze discovery responses effectively.

• Experience drafting motions and presenting law and motion arguments.

• Adept at arguing motions in court and defending depositions.

• Capable of conducting depositions and managing witness-related matters.
