    Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Manager to oversee critical HR functions, drive organizational success, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with company objectives, supervising day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Employee Relations: · Promote a healthy and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining high employee engagement levels. · Act as a trusted advisor to managers on workplace issues and team dynamics. Talent Management: · Lead recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent across various levels and roles. · Oversee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires. Performance Management: · Manage performance appraisal systems to evaluate, reward, and support employee growth. · Assist in setting achievable goals for employees and implementing plans for detail oriented development. Training and Development: · Identify skills gaps and develop initiatives such as mentoring, upskilling, reskilling, and detail oriented certifications for employees. · Foster a culture of continuous learning to improve individual and organizational proficiency. Compensation and Benefits: · Administer competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits programs based on market trends. · Measure employee satisfaction and adjust benefit offerings as needed to support long-term retention. HR Compliance and Policies: · Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. · Develop, review, and enforce company policies that reflect best practices in HR and workplace culture. HR Analytics and Systems: · Manage and analyze HR-related data through Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), HR analytics tools, and platforms like Workday or ADP. · Utilize data insights to inform strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or SHRM certification preferred). · Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles. · Proficiency with HR management tools, such as ADP, Workday, HRIS, or Concur. · Certifications like SHRM-CP, detail oriented in Human Resources (PHR), or Human Resources Information Program (HRIP) are highly desirable. · Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Industries Experience: · Candidates with experience in education, healthcare, detail oriented services, nonprofit, or financial sectors will be strongly considered.
