Description We are looking for a meticulous Sales Support specialist to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional post-sales assistance and contributing to the overall efficiency of sales operations. The role requires expertise in handling orders, preparing documentation, and supporting both domestic and international sales processes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless resolution of inquiries.
• Manage inbound sales inquiries and assist with customer requests in a timely and precise manner.
• Accurately process and enter orders into the system while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Utilize SAP software to track and update sales data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and review export and import documentation, ensuring adherence to customs regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address sales-related issues and improve operational workflows.
• Support the preparation of reports and metrics to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status, shipping details, and other relevant information.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in sales transactions or documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance sales support efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in post-sales support or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SAP for managing sales and order data.
• Knowledge of export and import documentation processes and customs regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
