Description We are looking for a meticulous and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a Contract basis in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate records by entering critical data into our systems, supporting the accounting and administrative teams with essential clerical tasks. This is a contract position through September, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Input purchase orders and deposit details into the company’s database with high accuracy.

• Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies before finalizing entries.

• Assist in organizing and cleaning up existing data files to ensure system efficiency.

• Support the administrative and accounting teams by performing routine clerical activities.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standards for handling sensitive information.

• Manage email correspondence related to data entry tasks and follow up on outstanding items.

• Scan and digitize documents for easy retrieval and archival purposes.

• Perform basic calculations to validate data entries as needed.

• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with using 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry.

• Ability to organize files and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, including email correspondence.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
