Description We are looking for a dedicated Intake Attorney to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will play a key part in assessing potential client cases, providing initial legal insights, and ensuring a smooth intake process. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews with potential clients to collect case details and evaluate legal issues.

• Analyze case information to determine the legal strength and viability of claims.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth transition from the intake process to case handling.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of all intake activities in the firm's case management system.

• Provide clear and compassionate communication to prospective clients, ensuring a positive and attentive experience. Requirements • Active member in good standing with the California Bar.

• Previous experience in personal injury or medical malpractice law is highly preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.

• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client situations with compassion and professionalism.

• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple leads and prioritizing tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related tools.

• Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and assessment of cases.
