Description

Robert Half HR Solutions is currently sourcing for Senior level HR Generalist to support our client located near Dunwoody GA. This engagement will be onsite 3 days a week and will be remote 2 days a week. In this long-term contract role, you will support a dynamic and global HR environment, providing expertise in employee relations, HR administration, and data analytics. This position requires a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is skilled in managing the full employee lifecycle. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked to support an employee population both in Canada and in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including coaching through complex conversations.

• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, data management, and offboarding.

• Utilize Workday and SharePoint to manage HR processes and maintain accurate employee records.

• Collaborate with a large, global HR team while working independently to meet organizational goals.

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with Canadian and U.S. HR regulations and company policies.

• Develop and implement HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

• Support benefits administration and other HR functions as needed.

• Maintain strong attention to detail in all HR-related tasks and communications.

• Act as a resourceful self-starter to address challenges and drive results.

Requirements • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a global organization.

• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and coaching managers through difficult situations.

• Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft SharePoint is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

• Familiarity with both Canadian and U.S. HR practices is highly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting and utilizing HR data.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
