Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Beachwood, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in managing data while adhering to company standards. The role will be performed on-site in a business casual environment, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to important compliance projects.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and manage large volumes of data into company systems, ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to organize, analyze, and maintain data records.

• Conduct thorough checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of entered information.

• Collaborate with team members to support compliance-related projects and ensure deadlines are met.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data throughout all data entry processes.

• Generate reports and summaries from data as needed, providing insights and updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and business operations.

• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned to support overall office functions.

• Coordinate with other departments to address discrepancies or issues in data records. Requirements • Proven experience in data entry, with a strong focus on accuracy and speed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong typing skills and familiarity with numeric data entry.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
