Description We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to oversee and maintain the IT systems and infrastructure of our organization. In this role, you will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our network while supporting users and collaborating on system upgrades. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage both routine operations and strategic projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, wired and wireless networks, VPNs, switches, and printers.
• Install, configure, and monitor network hardware and software while ensuring systems are updated with security patches and backups.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, access controls, and permissions.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies, conducting regular vulnerability scans and responding to security incidents promptly.
• Monitor system health and maintain endpoint security tools, including patching and antivirus solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and projects.
• Document network configurations, security protocols, software licenses, and audit logs for organizational reference.
• Provide technical support to end-users and deliver training to promote effective use of IT resources. Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in networking technologies, routing protocols, and configuration tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows OS, macOS, Microsoft 365, Exchange, VPNs, and endpoint management tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to handle tasks independently.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments combining in-office and remote operations.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco certifications, or Microsoft Azure Administrator are a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
