Position Details

+ PRN, 7 on/7off schedule: Enjoy a predictable work-life balance with extended time off.

+ Reasonable census: Provide focused care with manageable patient loads.

What we are looking for:

+ The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.

+ Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.

+ Provide excellent, quality, patient experience on daily basis.

+ Academic opportunity- Emergency Medicine / Internal Medical Residents and Interns on floor nightly

Qualifications

+ Current clinical competence and adequate volume of current experience documenting the ability to provide services at an acceptable level of quality and efficiency

+ Board certified or board eligible through applicable body

+ Current licensure from the Ohio Medical Board, preferred

+ AHA BLS Certification

+ Additional skills include effective communication and leadership skills, able to facilitate change

+ Orients to physician practice/patient population including attending and participating in multi-disciplinary rounds; participate in and support accreditation, compliance, academic fellowships, and regulatory activities of the organization.
