    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will serve as a vital point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries with professionalism and empathy. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage patient accounts and billing inquiries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly to patient inquiries regarding account details, billing, and other concerns.

    • Provide clear and empathetic communication to ensure patient satisfaction.

    • Utilize internal systems to research and resolve account-related issues.

    • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and account updates.

    • Collaborate with team members to address complex patient concerns.

    • Apply basic medical terminology knowledge to assist in resolving patient queries.

    • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

    • Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and practices.

     

    Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role.

     

    • Familiarity with basic medical terminology.

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically.

    • Experience in handling patient billing and account inquiries.

    • Proficiency in using computer systems for research and record-keeping.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
