Description We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all aspects of financial management for our organization. This role requires a strong command of bookkeeping practices, attention to detail, and proficiency in QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing day-to-day accounting tasks while providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and inventory tracking.
• Process payroll accurately and maintain detailed records of employee compensation.
• Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial accounts and transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
• Develop and maintain financial systems to manage cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control.
• Coordinate the preparation of budgets, forecasts, regulatory filings, and tax returns.
• Utilize QuickBooks to track expenditures, generate invoices, and produce detailed financial reports.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy of ledgers and provide periodic updates to management.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and tax authorities to address discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain quality control over all transactions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, including QuickBooks Online.
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes.
• Ability to prepare accurate journal entries and maintain organized financial records.
• Experience with inventory tracking and payroll processing.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and tax authorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage financial systems and reporting.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and tax preparation processes.
