Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IQMS Business Analyst to provide critical support for our IQMS ERP system across multiple plant locations. This role requires strong functional and technical expertise to assist users, troubleshoot issues, and support reporting needs as we upgrade IQMS at our facilities. While the position is remote, extensive travel to various locations is required to provide hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities:

+ User Support & Training: Provide functional and technical assistance to IQMS users, answering questions and delivering on-demand training for effective system usage.

+ Issue Diagnosis & Resolution: Accurately diagnose user issues through strong listening skills and problem analysis. Develop and implement solutions to resolve break/fix issues within the IQMS ERP system.

+ Reporting Assistance: Help users leverage built-in IQMS reports and assist with ad hoc reporting needs using Crystal Reports. Collaborate with in-house Power BI experts if necessary.

+ Functional IQMS Expertise: Work with onsite versions of IQMS at multiple locations. Support platform access controls and security, ensuring users have appropriate visibility across system functionalities.

+ Collaboration: Partner with system teams as sites migrate from older IQMS versions and adopt updated capabilities.

Requirements

+ 3-5+ years of experience as a Senior IQMS Functional/Technical Business Analyst, with proven success in working with IQMS ERP systems.

+ Hands-on functional and technical expertise in IQMS ERP systems.

+ Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose system issues and develop effective, user-focused solutions.

+ Experience with Crystal Reports for reporting needs.

+ Knowledge of security access controls within ERP systems is a strong plus.

+ Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to translate user challenges into actionable solutions.

+ Ability to deliver training and tool demonstrations to increase system efficiency and adoption.
