Description

Robert Half Legal has partnered with a multi office plaintiff law firm in Irvine looking for a full time Associate Attorney. The firm has roughly 20 attorneys across California, Hawaii, Arizona and New Mexico and their main practice areas include construction defect, class action and consumer law.

This is truly a family oriented environment where the partners care about their employees. They are open to any type of background (Plaintiff, Defense, or entry level) as they are willing to train. The role will have a hybrid work model with a few days in the office and a few days remote.

Responsibilities:

+ Independently work with a partner to manage a heavy caseload

+ Civil Pleadings, Motions, Discovery, and Trial Work

+ Regularly attend court appearances, depositions, and meetings

+ Communicate with clients and draft status reports

Requirements

+ Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

+ Active member of the CA state bar

+ Interest in the field of law, particularly in plaintiff work

+ Exposure to taking or defending depositions

+ Capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously (with partner supervision)
