    Opening for a Controller

     

    Schedule: In office, standard hours

     

    Salary open to market value, up to around $95k

     

    Bonus: Discretionary bonus end of year to be discussed

     

    Benefits: Health and Dental insurance 50% paid for employee; 2 weeks paid vacation, generous Holidays (and early leave day prior to some holidays); 401k match

    Must Have:

    + QuickBooks (on-line)

    + English proficiency, Bilingual is a plus

    + Related Industry experience to Wholesale and Installations or similar Services

     

    Company Overview: Wholesale directly to Homeowners, of product such as windows and installation and other similar services.

     

    The ideal candidate has experience as a Sr. Accountant or Controller, with full cycle, Cost Accounting and holds a Bachelors of Accounting or Finance. QuickBooks is required.

    Job scope Overview:

    + Full Cycle Accounting and Financials

    + For multiple entities and intercompany

    + Reporting on Profit and Loss, Inventory

    + Cost Accounting and tracking project time-lines

    + Oversees 6 staff in accounting

    + QuickBooks – is a must

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance

    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential..

    • Previous experience in industries related to wholesale and installations.

    • Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting.

    • Experience overseeing accounting teams or departments.

    • Familiarity with managing finances for multiple entities or projects.
