• IT Compliance Business Analyst

    Description

    Robert Half's client is seeking an IT Compliance Business Analyst for a remote contract opportunity.

     

    This position requires expertise in IT Compliance (SOX and regulatory frameworks), along with traditional Business Analyst responsibilities. This person will act as SME and liaison between multiple cross-functional teams, providing compliance expertise, hands-on business analysis, testing, and documentation.

    Key Role Requirements:

    + Must have experience as a full-time business analyst

    + This role will primarily focus on IT compliance for projects, with operational / production support activities as secondary. They will also serve as an advocate, consult, and analyst for IT compliance in projects.

    + Ability to perform some scrum duties/light project management, if needed.

    + Ability to identify, create, prioritize and groom user stories, acceptance criteria and document key decisions

    + Ability to create test preparation documents, write test scripts, execute test scripts and manage defects.

    + Experience with waterfall, agile and product management frameworks & processes.

    + Tools Experience: Azure DevOps, Clarity, MS Visio, SharePoint or similar tools.

    + Experience driving compliance requirements in areas such as: US Federal and State regulatory requirements, data protection and privacy, SOX compliance, financial and IT audit, procurement, and vendor compliance

    + Experience & knowledge of Salesforce and other financial services systems

    + Experience with financial services – Loan origination/servicing/insurance or captive finance experience is a plus

    Requirements

    Education / Certification:

    + Must have a bachelor's degree

    + CBAP, AAC, CPOA or equivalent certifications from IIBA - preferred

     

    Contract duration: 6 months to start, with likelihood of extension

     

    Pay Rate: $65/hr W2
