    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join assist our client's frequent needs on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, efficient, and enjoys working with data in a fast-paced environment

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities:

    Enter and update data into internal databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy

     

    Verify data for completeness and correct errors

     

    Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

     

    Perform regular data audits and clean-up tasks

     

    Assist with generating reports and summaries as needed

     

    Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

     

    Proven experience in data entry or administrative support

     

    Strong typing skills (minimum [X] WPM) and attention to detail

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software

     

    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

     

    Excellent organizational and communication skills
