• Review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

• Lead client engagements and develop long-term relationships

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax staff and seniors

• Advise clients on tax planning strategies and compliance matters

• Coordinate with audit and advisory teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Stay current with tax laws and proactively guide clients accordingly

• Contribute to firm growth through client service excellence and business development

Requirements

• Ideal Background

•️ CPA required

•️ 5+ years of public accounting tax experience

•️ Strong technical background across various entity types

•️ Proven leadership and client-facing experience

•️ Strategic thinker with commitment to continuous improvement
