Description

We are seeking a results-driven SQL Developer with strong experience in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DAX, and Python to join our growing Data & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building scalable data solutions, delivering impactful business intelligence, and collaborating across teams to turn complex data into actionable insights.

As a key contributor, you'll work closely with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to design and develop advanced reporting and analytical tools that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design, write, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for robust data retrieval and transformation

+ Build interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

+ Develop and maintain DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs for accurate performance reporting

+ Integrate Python scripts for advanced data modeling, automation, and ETL processes

+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions

+ Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance throughout the data lifecycle

+ Support ad-hoc analysis and performance tuning for BI and data services

+ Stay current on new tools and features in Power BI, Fabric, and Python ecosystems

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 3–5+ years of experience in SQL development and relational database management

+ Proficiency with Power BI, DAX, and Microsoft Fabric

+ Strong knowledge of T-SQL and data modeling best practices

+ Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis, automation, or scripting

+ Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)

+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail

+ Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar version control tools

+ Background in business intelligence, finance, supply chain, or healthcare data

+ Power BI or Azure certifications (e.g., PL-300, DP-203)
