    Description

    We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile HR Generalist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The HR Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support across various functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation. In this role, you will act as a key resource for employees and managers, ensuring HR best practices are consistently followed and delivering strategic solutions to meet organizational objectives.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role (Generalist, Specialist, or Coordinator).

    + Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.

    + Experience with HR software and systems such as ADP, Workday, or HRIS.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport across all levels of the organization.

    + SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
