Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will provide critical insights that drive financial performance and decision-making, leveraging your expertise in accounting systems and data analysis. Your ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable reports will be key to supporting business operations and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Prepare detailed reports using tools such as Crystal Reports to support business strategies.

• Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial records and ensure accuracy.

• Conduct audits to verify compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline budget processes and optimize capital management.

• Apply data mining techniques to extract and interpret information from large datasets.

• Support accrual accounting procedures and ensure proper allocation of revenues and expenses.

• Assist in the development and monitoring of financial forecasting models.

• Provide insights on financial metrics to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in financial analysis. Requirements • Proven experience with accounting software systems and financial services tools.

• Proficiency in Crystal Reports and CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical skills, including expertise in data mining and interpretation.

• Solid understanding of accounting functions, including accrual accounting and auditing.

• Familiarity with budget processes and capital management strategies.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights and collaborating with teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
