    Description We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a dynamic manufacturing company in Dallas, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a firm specializing in household cleaning products. The role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with supervisory duties, providing a pathway to a long-term role with benefits upon successful conversion.

    Responsibilities:

    • Record and maintain accurate bookkeeping entries for daily financial transactions.

    • Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes efficiently.

    • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments.

    • Maintain and update the general ledger to reflect all financial activity.

    • Prepare financial reports for submission to external accounting firms.

    • Supervise and provide guidance to entry-level bookkeepers, fostering their growth and development.

    • Utilize Oracle NetSuite software to manage accounting operations effectively.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial processes. Requirements • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

    • Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite for managing financial activities.

    • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.

    • Strong skills in bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.

    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel for simple data management tasks.

    • Previous supervisory experience, including managing entry-level staff.

    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

    • Ability to work effectively in an office environment with a small team.
