Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and providing assistance across various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR systems and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization.
• Manage and maintain Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate employee data tracking.
• Assist with employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving workplace concerns.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure compliance with company hiring standards.
• Support corporate and executive recruiting efforts to attract top talent.
• Administer benefits programs and provide guidance on available offerings.
• Conduct benefits analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
• Collaborate on compensation and benefits planning to enhance employee satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support across various HR functions to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
• Expertise in HR administration and proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures and employee relations best practices.
• Experience in conducting background checks and recruiting at both corporate and executive levels.
• Solid understanding of benefits administration and analysis.
• Familiarity with compensation strategies and benefits planning.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
