Description

We are looking for a Marketing and Investor Relations Assistant to support our client on a long-term contract position. You will play a key role in managing investor relations tasks, marketing activities, and supporting team operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sensitive information, including reports, correspondence, and conversations, while ensuring confidentiality.

• Coordinate schedules and maintain dynamic calendars for the IR and Marketing teams.

• Update investor tracking systems weekly, including logging calls, meetings, and marketing materials.

• Create and maintain opportunity reports to track prospective investors.

• Prepare detailed bios for companies and individuals ahead of calls and meetings.

• Generate monthly reports for the Investor Relations team and include disclaimers for marketing materials.

• Develop investor tracking reports using Backstop software.

• Distribute pitchbooks and quarterly letters to prospective investors upon request and approval.

• Assist in executing investor relations activities and collaborate on departmental projects.

• Support marketing efforts, including email campaigns, event coordination, and social media initiatives.

Requirements • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet strict deadlines.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate tact, sound judgment, and diplomacy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience with Backstop software for investor tracking.

• Background, knowledge, or interest in investment management.

• Familiarity with marketing activities, including event handling, social media, and direct email campaigns. Innovation starts with people.®
