Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join a reputable healthcare organization in El Paso, Texas. This position involves ensuring the accurate management and replenishment of supplies within a hospital setting. Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory checks on nursing floor stocking units to ensure supplies are accurately accounted for.

• Utilize the hospital’s automated inventory system to verify stock levels and maintain accurate records.

• Prepare supply pick lists, retrieve items from designated storage areas, and restock service stations on the nursing floors.

• Manage the preparation, distribution, and control of supplies and selected equipment for patient care purposes.

• Process supply requests promptly and professionally to ensure hospital operations run smoothly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure inventory workflows meet organizational standards and deadlines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas to optimize efficiency.

• Identify and report any discrepancies or shortages in supplies to the appropriate personnel.

• Follow established hospital protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with inventory management guidelines. Requirements • Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is preferred.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and hospital staff.

• Familiarity with automated inventory systems is a plus.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, as needed.

• Commitment to maintaining a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
