    Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in New York, New York. In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing, modeling, and documenting compensation structures, including bonuses and stock-based rewards. This position offers an excellent opportunity to collaborate with senior executives and contribute to key decision-making processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and analyze complex compensation models, including stock-based rewards and annual bonus structures.

    • Review and interpret financial data related to deductions, calculations, and variance analysis.

    • Conduct detailed documentation and provide rationale for compensation modeling decisions.

    • Collaborate with senior executives to assess and recommend optimal compensation ratios.

    • Build and refine models based on existing frameworks, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

    • Evaluate HR and compensation-related data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

    • Perform benchmarking and survey analysis to align compensation strategies with industry standards.

    • Support decision-making processes by delivering comprehensive reports and presentations.

    • Adapt to existing compensation structures and replicate models developed by prior team members. Requirements • Proven experience in compensation analysis and modeling, including stock-based compensation.

    • Proficiency in conducting compensation surveys and benchmarking studies.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

    • Familiarity with HR and compensation data is preferred, but flexibility exists for candidates with diverse analytical experience.

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel or similar tools for data modeling and analysis.

    • Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
