    Staff Accountant – Entry Level or Experienced (3+ Years)

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and post journal entries; perform monthly account reconciliations

    + Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

    + Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards (US GAAP/IFRS)

    + Collaborate with teams across global regions on reporting and operational needs

    + Assist with internal and external audit requests and documentation

    + Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field

    + OR Associate's degree in accounting with 5+ years of experience

    + Internship or up to 3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience

    + Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus

    + Detail-oriented with analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset

    + Effective communicator who thrives in a collaborative, global environment
