Robert Half Legal is partnering with a fantastic local non-profit to source specialized legal project support professionals. We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal File Clerk. This is an onsite role in Seattle, WA and involves managing physical and digital documentation to ensure accurate storage, organization, and accessibility. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with legal files and possess strong organizational skills. If you have:

+ Proven experience with paper filing and document organization.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Experience supporting legal or compliance teams.

+ Excellent excel skills - bonus if you have case management software experience!

The salary range for this position is $23-25/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements

6 months+ of legal administrative support experience.
