    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team in both Baton Rouge and New Orleans, Louisiana. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in EBilling coordination and financial operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the billing process and coordinating with clients and attorneys.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee end-to-end EBilling operations, including data entry, processing, and distribution.

    • Collaborate with clients and attorneys to ensure accurate and timely billing

    • Maintain Billing compliance

    • Perform detailed Ebilling tasks, including reconciliations and reporting.

    • Address and resolve Billing discrepancies while maintaining clear communication with clients and attorneys

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.

    • Minimum of 2 years of Billing experience in a law firm with a focus on Ebilling
