This role is ideal for someone who excels in vendor invoice processing, vendor management, and data analysis while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and customer service.     Responsibilities:

    • Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy in coding and documentation.

    • Manage vendor relationships and address inquiries with a customer-service mindset.

    • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies effectively.

    • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage payables and reporting tasks.

    • Analyze and summarize financial data to support decision-making processes.

    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to learn new processes and systems.

    • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and terminology related to accounts payable.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Minimum of four years of office support experience, including accounts payable and reconciliation.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable terminology and processes.

    • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
