Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role requires someone with experience in subcontract management and construction industry processes, who can ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all contract-related tasks. You will collaborate across departments and manage critical documentation to support project success.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain electronic filing systems using standardized labels to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Review and process subcontractor requests, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines.

• Track and manage RFPs, proposals, and approvals related to subcontractor needs.

• Prepare and distribute subcontract agreements and amendments while maintaining accurate records.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and operations teams to ensure services align with contractual terms.

• Provide support for cross-departmental projects, facilitating smooth collaboration and timely execution.

• Assist the Accounting team with billing and reporting related to subcontractor work.

• Resolve invoicing discrepancies by investigating issues and coordinating solutions.

• Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage risks effectively.

• Coordinate project closeout tasks, including revising documentation to meet contract compliance requirements. Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field.

• Proficiency in accounts payable, invoice processing, and data entry.

• Familiarity with subcontract agreements and subcontractor proposals within the construction industry.

• Experience handling AIA billing and managing construction project accounting.

• Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar software platforms for financial and project management.

• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Demonstrated experience in managing subcontractor bids and proposals.
