Architect’s and Analysts in the Enterprise Architecture Office ensure that technology solutions achieve the targeted business outcomes, deliver new capabilities and align with enterprise technology standards.
This position plays a key role in researching, reviewing, and recommending new or innovative technology solutions from the perspective of design, integration, security, and technical fit with existing systems.

AIG’s Information Technology functions include application development and management, enterprise architecture, and technology risk and compliance.
How you will create an impact
+ Bridge business and technology to proactively assist in defining the direction for future projects.
+ Partner with and support Project Teams, Business Relationship Managers, Operations, Application Development, Infrastructure, and Security teams to:
+ Understand business drivers and capabilities needed to deliver cohesive and adaptable solution architectures across a wide variety of projects, business, and technical domains
+ Align solutions with the overall enterprise architecture
+ Achieve the organization's targeted business outcomes.
+ Draft principles, standards, solution patterns (blueprints) and roadmaps that
+ Identify clear alignment between capabilities and solutions
+ Guide and govern the alignment of solutions with the strategic architecture vision
+ Provide guidelines for managing the organization's portfolio of solutions
+ Deliver cost-effective, reusable and flexible solution platforms and
+ Evolve the application portfolio from current to future state.
+ Analyze, monitor and present industry trends, emerging technologies and explain their potential impact on the enterprise.
+ Provide analysis on the organizational impact (People, Process, etc.) and financial impact (Cost to Achieve, Savings, etc.) of defined or proposed solutions architectures.
What you’ll need to succeed
+ 2 years professional Experience implementing AI technologies such as RAG, LLM, ML and Generative AI as well as classic AI tools.
+ 5 Years professional Experience designing and developing cloud based solutions on public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
+ 5 years’ experience with SDLC processes in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
+ Strong Project Management Skills
+ Demonstrated Competency in multiple technology disciplines, e.g. Software Development, Networking, Security, Business intelligence/Analytics, Cloud Computing, Mobile
+ Exposure to multiple business domains preferred, e.g. Insurance, Finance, Legal, HR, IT
+ Desire and Ability to read and draft architectural artifacts, e.g. Technical Designs, Standards, Policies, Procedures, Business Requirements
+ Excellent Communication Skills, written and oral
+ Collaborative Team member and leader
+ Business Intelligence / Data Analysis / Reporting using PowerBI, Excel, SQL
