•内経費におけるサプライチェーンの効率化とコスト最適化を推進する経験豊富な調達担当者を募集する。

•職務では、印刷、文書管理、オフィス用品、マーケティングサービス、HR関連、施設管理など、各支出カテゴリーにおけるデータを詳細に分析し、コスト削減、効率化、及びリスク軽減の機会を特定する。特定された機会に基づき、具体的な目標と計画を策定・実行し、その達成を目指す。

•雑なデータを明確かつ実用的なインサイトへと変換する高度な情報分析力、優れたプレゼンテーション能力および交渉力を求める。

•な職責:

+ 社内ニーズの正確な把握。市場動向とサプライヤー能力を鑑みた最適な調達戦略の立案

+ 調達目標（コスト削減、品質向上、リードタイム短縮など）を達成するためのRFxイベント含む具体的な調達計画の策定および実行

+ 価格、品質、納期等にかかわる交渉と最適な条件の獲得

+ 契約書内容精査、法的および商業的リスクの抑制

+ 支出関連データ収集・分析、コスト削減機会、リスク低減案の創出、改善領域の特定および改善策の提案・実行

+ 社内各部門との連携、強固なパートナーシップの構築

+ 主要サプライヤーとの関係構築・維持、長期的なパートナーシップの促進

+ サプライヤーのパフォーマンス評価、改善策の立案と実行

•めるスキルと経験:

+ 学士号または同等の学位

+ 調達またはサプライチェーン管理・分析における3年以上の実務経験

+ Excel関数、マクロやデータ分析ツール（BIツールなど）を用いたデータ解析能力

+ 情報収集力、分析力、交渉力、コミュニケーション力

+ 論理的思考力と問題解決能力

+ ビジネス(上級)レベルの日本語能力

+ マルチタスクを前向きにこなす精神力

The role of the Lead Sourcing and Vendor Management Specialist is to analyze and direct the costs and expenditures related to procurement. Lead Sourcing and Vendor Management Specialist also creates cost estimates and forecasts for the procurement and negotiate reasonable and cost-effective contracts.
