Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty. Programs include adoption and foster care, Meals on Wheels, senior centers and affordable housing. The HUD Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the assigned property or facility. The HUD Property Manager will be responsible for 2 locations: Oil City and Titusville or Girard and Jamestown. Qualifications HUD Property Manager: Minimum: Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience. Preferred: Bachelor Degree in Human Services. Previous experience in multi-family housing preferred. Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
