Description
Are you a people person who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment? Monsen Engineering is on the lookout for a vibrant and organized Office Administrator to be the welcoming face of our Reno office!
For over 45 years, Monsen Engineering has been a trusted partner to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries. We’re looking for someone who’s professional, self-motivated and is eager to learn.
What You’ll Do:
+ Greet visitors and clients with a smile
+ Handle phone calls with confidence and clarity
+ Keep things running smoothly with your top-notch multitasking and computer skills
+ Process shipping and receiving - repairs and product
+ Point of Sale Billing
+ Help customers with basic knowledge of products
+ Maintain and replenish sales floor
+ Manage document scanning and archive
+ Lift and transport supplies into customer’s vehicles
+ Cross train where needed

Required Qualifications:
+ HS Diploma
+ Positive attitude
+ Previous experience in office setting/customer service
+ Ability to multitask
+ Take pride in your work
+ Detail-oriented
+ Great people skills
+ Computer proficiency (ie. Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office)
+ Ability to type above average WPM
+ Self-motivated

*This position starts at $21 per hour depending on experience
