Position Summary

The Manager of Pharmacy DC Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy distribution center, including the receiving, storage, order processing, packing, and shipping of pharmaceutical products and medications.

Main Responsibilities Include:

+ Ensures that all operations are carried out efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

+ Assesses stock levels and expiration dates, facilitating proper rotations to minimize waste and maintain an adequate supply of critical medications.

+ Implements quality assurance measures to ensure that all pharmaceutical products and medications are handled, stored, and distributed according to established standards and regulatory requirements.

+ Ensures compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and other applicable regulations related to the handling, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

+ Integrates process improvements, automation technologies, and standardization methods to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy.

+ Develops and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency of the pharmacy distribution center.

+ Coordinates with internal and external business partners to provide leadership, functional advice, and training to staff as needed.

+ • Oversees ongoing training programs to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles.

Required Qualifications

+ 3+ years leadership within a Distribution Center/Warehouse

+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

+ Understanding of WMS

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
