Your Impact at SAM

+ Assists department personnel with planning and scheduling of field survey personnel and equipment

+ Manages, with senior management oversight, the selection, placement, training, appraisal, safety and discipline of assigned employees

+ Understands the operations of field survey equipment and has the ability to adapt to new equipment and technologies

+ Oversees the direction of field activities of the crews set forth by the field supervisors and crew chiefs

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

What You Bring to SAM

+ Previous experience as a Crew Coordinator

+ High School Diploma required; some college a plus

+ Must be able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends and out of town work possible)

+ Valid driver's license and good driving record required

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude

+ Highly organized and attention to detail
