Pay Range: $17.32 - $26.85 per hour

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.

Job Overview:

Assists in performing administrative and secretarial duties to relieve medical, professional and technical personnel of minor administrative and business details.

Qualifications:

Required:

+ High School Diploma or High School Equivalency,

+ Minimum of 5-7 years experience in medical setting with skills necessary to coordinate medical and education program activities

Preferred:

+ Secretarial school graduate preferred

Scheduling Requirements:

+ Shift- 8:00am- 4:00pm

+ Monday-Friday

+ Full Time/Day

Essential Functions:

+ Good communication skill verbal and written,

+ Knowledge of medical terminology

+ Able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

+ Computer proficiency

+ Successful completion of all Orientation Programs,

+ Performs additional tasks as requested by Medical Director of Pathology or his/her designee

+ Ensure that laboratory and pathology is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations
